Exterior painting

I live in a 1905 era wooden bungalow of around 90 square meters floor area. The property is overdue for painting, but it is currently in fair condition. The front and part of the sides of the property will require scaffolding as it is on a steep section. The job needs to include preparation, undercoating and top coats, including window trims and frames and front stairs. There may need to be some weatherboard repair/replacement (not a major issue, but one or two boards look dodgy). I'd like it to include filling in gaps around barge boards to reduce draughts.
