Kitchen-dining repaint

I am getting my kitchen renovated and I need the kitchen and dining area fixed up and painted. The floor area is about 21 square metres. One half length wall is full height to roof line. The walls are not currently in great condition and will need some prep work, particularly after fixtures get removed. I also need window frames and pelmet in the living room repainted. Being able to tie in with the other tradies working on the kitchen would be really helpful. If the work goes well I will consider getting the rest of the interior of the house painted over time, also not currently in great condition.
