Plaster and paint small bedroom

family tried to plaster and paint a room for me while I was away for work and it's a disaster. I haven't got time to complete it as this was a 'round to it' job. Room is about 4m x 2.2m and needs a full plaster and paint including the ceiling. 8ft stud.
