Repaint all previously painted surfaces to the house only including all windows and lintels, windows, doors, frames, eaves, fascia and barge boards, timber trims, front porch walls and ceiling, down-pipes and all flashing's including those on the roof. Doors, frames and windows – prepare, dig out any cracked, loose or missing puttys to the windows, reputty windows where necessary, rust kill where necessary on metal windows then prime and apply two coats of enamel paint. Woodwork - Eaves, shingles, fascia and barge boards, timber trims, porch ceilings and walls – prepare, prime and apply two coats of acrylic paint. Plasterwork – prepare, rake out any cracks fill with flexible sealant, seal and apply two coats of acrylic paint. Scaffolding will be required and scaff needs to provide for access to flashing's on internal gutters, flashings & pipes (which need painting) and to the top of the main chimney stack.
