Repaint bathroom windows frame

Mouthwash liquid left stain on bathroom windows sill. As pictured. Need a proper repaint to windows frame (interior only). Including sand down previous paint, prime, 2/3 layer finish. Enamel Oil Based - Gloss White paint. Frame size approximate --- ++ Please use sander with dust extractor. Or allow for light wiping to surround surface if you’re hand sanding. Prefer someone can do Sat/Sun/Mon (any week).
