Painting house exterior + possible wood repairs

Hi there. I'm wanting to paint the exterior of my house in Spreydon. It's stucco with wooden soffits that may need repairs but we are unsure. The house is 130m2 and one storey. I'm currently renting this house out so won't be able to meet you for a quote until August and then will have to coordinate with the tenants as to when the job is completed. Thanks in advance :)
