Repair/repaint and gib stop crack below window

1. Repair and re plaster the crack under the window as per picture. Re-paint the wall with window (unsure about the colour, it is a cream colour, similar to Resene Villa White, but not sure exactly what colour it is). Suggest paint the wall window only. Remove the curtain and reinstate. 2. Plaster and make good the hole in the ceiling at the corridor as per picture.
