I have a 14 year old house with a corrogated steel roof. About 4 years ago all but one section of the roof was painted. The remaining section did not require painting at that time but now does. Also the barge boards on one of the gable ends need repainting.

Two return visits were required. One to remove paint from a skylight, and the other to repair damage to new paintwork after something heavy dropped on it
