Paint and Sealing fixes pre sale

If possible, have the following completed by Friday 30th June, open to pragmatic prioritizing: * Minor damage to right hand side of the exterior cladding at the front of garage corner. * Soffit by bathroom has a 40 x 200 mm hole (approx) needing to be filled and dressed * Sliding-door doorsill needs repainting. * The kitchen floor is not fully sealed around the perimeter around the cabinets. * The bench top needs to be sealed back against the wall to prevent water ingress. * The bathroom floor is not fully sealed around the perimeter or at the base of the vanity. The toilet pan is not sealed to the floor. The laundry floor is also not sealed around its perimeter. * The laundry tub is not sealed against the wall

Great planning and walk around. Able to respond to a week's leadtime - awesome! A bit of phone-tag but we got there. All great finishes on the pre-sale painting and sealing touch-ups!
