Painting - Bathroom Ceiling and Wall Preparation

I have paint peeling off the ceiling and walls of 2 rooms ( bigger bathroom - ~270cm square), and separate toilet with shower (270cm x 120cm, plus shower space). I had tried to paint, about 6 months ago - but obviously my prep was terrible. Need a pro to prep surfaces and re-paint properly (same colour), or depending on cost perhaps just prep surfaces and undercoat, so that I can repaint with confidence. No huge urgency.
