Exterior wall weatherboard re-paint
Job description
Strip, prep and paint exterior weatherboards over 12.5m2 area. The area has been heat stripped, sanded/repainted approx 5 years ago with touch-ups in a few places 2 years ago. This is the corner of the house that gets the most sun, and parts with original weatherboards have not taken the paint well. Am expecting that might need chemical strip and specific primer to enable old weatherboards to come up better. I will supply final coat paint. Scope does not include window frames/sill or foundation beam painting, unless these need attention following stripping of weatherboards.

Marty was great to have on the job. Although it was a relatively small piece of work, his professional and no fuss approach meant that it went smoothly. Delays due to weather were communicated clearly, and although we started later than hoped, it was all finished up on time. I’d be happy to have Marty do future work on our house.
