Small paint job!

We have a relatively small bathroom that needs the roof re-painted as the condensation has it currently peeling and we are wanting to sell our house as soon as possible. We also have an area in the living room where we have replaced an old heat pump and the new one is much smaller leaving a rough area and hole in the wall which we need plastered and painted to match the rest of the room colour. Finally, there are two very small cracks on a wall that we would like slightly filled in and painted.
