Interior painting fix

We need some sanding, gap filling and painting of the walls and ceiling of some rooms in our house. Mainly over previously painted wood on the walls and previous paint on the ceiling. Current paint job of wooden panels is poor and chips off very easily as it appears to have been painted straight over glossy paint, so will need sanding back. Approx 130 square metres including hallway, laundry, toilet and lounge
