Paint bathroom ceiling

I need a bathroom ceiling painted as the current paint is peeling off. Its a large bathroom with a spa bath & separate shower. Its an empty rental which I want to sell so want the job done next week at latest. I am not on site so cannot measure the space at this time but it could be 3m by 2.5m. I also need a crack (0.5m long) in the wall raked out and plastered but intend to paint that myself.
