House Paint - Exterior
Job description
Job is to repaint exterior of house - All weatherboards and window and door facings. (Windows and doors are UVPC so painting frames is not required). One side of the house is along a shared drive, so portable scaffolding solution on wheels is better. The back of the house is lean-to so not too high. Front and east have porch and deck. Have house washers scheduled for this month, so interested in meeting and getting quotes painters available for work in Jan/Feb. Sticking with same colour, and no cracking paint, so hoping to just to do two top coats after house has been washed and dried.

Review for painting of a weatherboard house excluding window frames. Very happy with outcome. Window frames and other fixings were masked up. Downpipes and surrounding areas were kept free paint by use of drop sheets.The weathrboards were lightly sanded and gaps filled prior to painting. Inspection done on last day of work to address any areas of concern. Any flicks of paint on the window were removed off before leaving.
