Minor repairs/maintenance and partial painting of two-storied stucco home

We are requesting quotes for the minor repairs/maintenance and partial painting of a two-storied stucco home that has just been house-washed. The repair/maintenance involves: patching up a few small pieces that have fallen off from the soffits above the porch (Photo #1); waterproofing the wooden framework around the garage door prior to painting (Photo #2); siliconing a few cracks and re-siliconing around windows, doors, and soffits as needed (examples shown in #3-#6). The painting is required only along the front of the house (including the kitchen bay) and the right side of the house (#7 and #8, resp.). There will be no scaffolding; so, only areas that can be reached by a ladder need be painted.
