Moving a heavy iron frame piano + a couple of other items across room then back

We are getting our floors sanded and need help lifting heavy furniture from one side of the living room to another onto the carpet, there are no stairs. The upright iron frame piano is old and seriously heavy, so this will need more than one person, maybe 3. Then we need it all moved back again, 2 weeks later.
