I need several large items of furniture moved from upstairs in my house to the downstairs rumpus room and stacked correctly for storage. One item is extra heavy. It will probably need to be taken outside and in through a downstairs ranch slider as the internal staircase is narrow.

Cottage restoration

I need a rough quote to put a two storey cottage back together after relocation. The 41sq m top storey will be chainsawed off so it will need new hardi plank right around plus new gibbing etc for all the internal walls. There may be other transit damage that will need to be repaired but hopefully minor. Also reattaching the external stairs (wooden only about 4 steps high).

Move shipping container a few meters

20ft shipping container has been dropped off but is not in correct position, or level. I need somebody to come with a crane, or a forklift and move the shipping container into the correct position. Correct position marked in position. Access is a little poor, but managed to squeeze a big truck with 20ft container on top down driveway.

Granite island bench move

The tops have been removed and are easily accessible for a small truck or trailer. The tops are to be stored on the back deck while cabinetry is installed at the new location. There is one step up onto a front deck after which the tops can be moved through the house to the back deck. Photos attached.

Old water tank removal

From the front door there is a old L shaped concrete water tank ranging from 100 to 140mm thick. Size wise the long part of the L would be 8m x 1.2m and the short part of the L would be 2m x 1.2m. I would like to have the sides and top of the tank removed from site. There is a bay window about 4m wide that would have to be supported as the tank is removed. The tank floor can remain however if some holes can be made to allow water to drain out. regards Stuart
