Cottage restoration

I need a rough quote to put a two storey cottage back together after relocation. The 41sq m top storey will be chainsawed off so it will need new hardi plank right around plus new gibbing etc for all the internal walls. There may be other transit damage that will need to be repaired but hopefully minor. Also reattaching the external stairs (wooden only about 4 steps high).
