Sublease your workshop

Hi We are a cabinetry company looking to sublease approx --- sq mtrs of a workshop work space. Happy to start on a 6 month agreement and then see what happens. Need to have the space dedicated to us so we can have storage and also use large saws and edge banders etc. We will also need 3 phase power for obvious reasons.
