Lock on wooden window needs to be replaced.

The lock at the top of our living room window is broken & needs to be securely replaced. It is a large wooden frame window, in an older villa style house. Hi, our tenants have informed us that someone tried to break in through the glass doors and there is now some damage :( Sad as we have recently paid to replace that whole lock!!! :( :( and now it needs fixing again! Not sure if it can be straightened out or needs to be replaced? As we have recently spent $ on replacing that lock, we are hoping the job will not be too costly....

Sliding door security

See 4 photos of the sliding door. You will see only real security is the lock at the top which slides into the hole and locks. The handle itself is only cosmetic and doesn’t even connect to the door frame. The bottom has another hole where we could put another lock but we do not have the part itself. Without being too expensive (cheapest possible), how can I make this door much more secure?

New digital front door lock

Dead bolt adjustment/replacement

The dead bolt on our front door (wooden frame) at times does not click shut, often during wet weather the door is needed to be 'lifted' so as the lock latches. As this is a rental property we are looking for a solution that guarantee's a secure close regardless of weather.

Replacement handle and lock for a ranch slider

We would like to remove an existing hand and internal lock on a ranch slider and replace it with a handle and lock that can be locked from both inside and outside. Attached is two pictures of the ranch slider and handle. Please note this work is required for someone with a disability, so some thought will need to go into what kind of handle and lock is able to be fitted to the slider. Thank you
