Complete bad experience of a builder. He couldn't test a lock as there wasn't a key on-site. We were notified of this and told him we will check it and let him know if it is working. Upon testing we found that the lock was not working. We then contacted him but he insisted to be paid for the remedial works and that it is too small a job to travel from town to fix it.

"Much appreciate your response Asif, We have quoted you to install internal locks , and we did . install the locks at half price. We have given them the discount upto 50% than the normal price. Installing 8 locks $300. Than Client requested to plaster the walls within the above price, we accepted Than client want to have lock on exterior door within the same price and left us by giving the lock without keys, when contacted them about keys they were okay for installing it without checking either its operational or not I understand they can not afford to pay but doing all that work up to 2o hrs work for $300 its not fair , finshed work around 9 pm We have passed on there information to trade blogs and will keep eye on them if there is any other complain reviewd may be action will be taken."
