Replace lock and hinges on house front door

Requesting a quote for the replacement of a door lock and hinges for my front door. Mortice deadbolt only lock, no handle - key on the outside and turnknob on the inside. Old lock has already been removed. Hinges at the top of the door are bent outward making the whole door askew, rubbing against the frame. Door is temporarily secured so this job isn't urgent, however I would like it completed as soon as possible.

I have two large steel doors - approx 3500h x 1200w each. There is currently 1 deadlock and would like to install more security so it can be locked from the outside only. There is also currently a heavy duty handle but key is missing... so this could be reinstated if it can have a new key cut?

Remove wall cabinet with mirror, and install new round mirror. Install strong fittings on interior gib wall to hang a heavy 1200 x 1200mm painting made from 12mm MDF board. Install a new clothesline onto a concrete block wall. Install a lock to front gate, which currently has a metal slider to open and close the gate. The gate is made of a heavy metal frame and concrete particle board both sides.
