re-keying french door locks

We have a rental property where tenant lost all the keys to some french doors. Looking for cheapest option to either just replace keys with existing locks, or rekey the existing locks. Doors can be still opened using thumb latches internally. The same tenant also lost the garage door remote - so if you have access to aftermarket remotes that would also be good.
