Replace sliding door lock + quote on replacing window security stays

Hi, Currently I'm unable to open the sliding door and it's been like this for a few years. The key can turn but I'm unable to pull out the pin to open the door. Probably needs replacing. Also would like a quote please to replace the existing window security stays please as they have rusted. Also would like to understand if the garage lock can be easily replaced or if it requires a larger piece of work involving builders.

Really happy with the lock doctor. He was able to repair, instead of replace, the window stays, installed a ranchslider lock (for a frozen ranchslider) and also put rollers back underneath. Really happy. Will use again for the top half of the house. A+++
