Garage door keys

Hi there, we have 2 garage doors without keys to lock them from the outside. The locks seem fine when I lock them manually from inside. Is it possible to cut new keys? Thanks Panapa

Fixes to front door and potential studio lock replacement

Front door The first 2 pics are the current outside and inside of our front door. There's 3 things that need doing. Firstly the smart lock deadbolt is slightly misaligned. So when it opens and closes it grinds every so slightly but probably enough to chew up battery faster as it works harder (striker plate?). Lock Replacement

Removal of current lock to be replaced with another. It wasn't fitted properly, then started to come loose and sit on a lean rather than flush to the door, causing trouble opening/shutting the door.
