Fix or replace faulty lights and add external sensor light

Several faulty halogen lights need to be repaired or replaced. These include halogen lights in 2 bathrooms, one LED light in the kitchen, and one external halogen light. We are open to replacing the halogen lights with LEDs but will depend upon cost. We also have a wired door bell that has been disconnected (we were using a wireless for a while) but would like it reconnected. We would also like to add another sensor light outside to light our driveway.
