Electrician needed

Not sure if I posted this in the right category. I need a few of our outdoor lights to be fixed, it stopped working, a couple of inside ones to be replaced, and a power socket stopped working. See below.

Fix lighting circuit

Fix indoor light and new outdoor light

I have an indoor light which is not turning on properly. It receives little power and only lights up about 30%. The circuit needs troubleshooting. This is the metal light. Several faulty halogen lights need to be repaired or replaced. These include halogen lights in 2 bathrooms, one LED light in the kitchen, and one external halogen light. We are open to replacing the halogen lights with LEDs but will depend upon cost. We also have a wired door bell that has been disconnected (we were using a wireless for a while) but would like it reconnected. We would also like to add another sensor light outside to light our driveway.
