Light bulbs changing Schnapper Rock

my ceiling light bulds are all not coming up, one by one they die over 5 years, the last was gone several days ago. I need someone who has the common types of light bulds(I'm not sure what type of light bulb it uses), using ladder or scarfold, to replace all the 8 light bulds. I estimate it's 5 meters high from ground to the light bulbs. Cheers!

The job has been completed successfully by James, and it was exceeding my expectation. He did some extra work following my request, when standing high up on the ladder after changing the lamps, to wipe off the dust piled up in the past 8 years! Although it was not within the job scope, when requested, James did it without any hesitation.
