Replacing old fluorescent downlights with new LEDS - X12 / New extractor fan fit

Replacing 12 fluorescent downlights with new LED Philips lights. Holes are already cut and LED lights purchased. I need a certified electrician to fit these for me. We have a baby due in January so want to ensure it's done properly. We also have an extractor fan in the bathroom which isn't working, we are unsure whether there isn't one there, or whether it's just broken. It's in the ceiling via the loft hatch, but I've not investigated. No extractor fan bought.

Replace stairwell light fitting

Install replacement ceiling light fitting within stairwell. Old halogen being replaced with non-dimming LED fitting [already purchased]. Wiring has EPN wires. The landing is split-stepped. Ceiling is approximately 3500mm above landing. landing is 1820mm wide and there is 900mm between end of bannister and aluminium window frame. Easy parking on site by front door, level entry. Job on Sanders Avenue. I'm fairly flexible on hours if you want to fit it in between other jobs

Deck Lighting Wiring
