LED lights Retrofitted and New LED lights installed

Hello I am looking for have some LED lights Retrofitted before i have new ceiling insulation installed. There are currently 16 of them spread though out the house, in 2 different sizes new lights need to be 4500k ( cool white or daylight in color) I am also looking for a further quote for another 20 installed new in 5 different rooms, 4 rooms currently have ceiling fans in them that would need to be taken down, and the last one has handing lights, (it would be 4 lights a room) Only available after 4:30 week days for quotes or weekends anytime
