Light fitting repair

Suspected faulty light fitting. I would like an electrician to go take a look, and do a simple repair if possible, or replace with a matching unit. Quote from our tenant; "I've changed the bulb a couple of times but it's not that. I think the wiring is loose or something. It comes on if you wiggle the then goes out again. "
