Change bulb - Second storey outdoor

Need someone to change a lightbulb from our exterior light. Details: - It's pretty high up, attached to the soffit of second storey - Ground is not perfectly level so you'll probably need a big ladder and some way to level it - I suspect the light housing unscrew somehow to access bulb but unsure - I do not know what type of bulb so will need you to identify/supply/install the bulb - Prefer a long life premium quality bulb (probably LED)
