Buy and install to wall lights for steps

We have two ingressed wall lights that don't work. I need someone to buy a suitable replacement and then install them. As long as the colour is darker or grey then it should be fine (plastic is OK). I've attached photos, but happy to get any questions. Also, we have some internal led light fittings that seem to chew through the bulbs. IF someone can fix those, too pls.
