Retaining wall, planter box and gate

As a result of a neighbouring development, we have had our back yard flattened and fenced. The yard has been raised significantly, and now a gap between the house and the yard needs retaining and tidying up. Details are in attached photos. It would be about 21m of wall, counting both sides of the planter box section. The wall would be about 800mm high. We would like to use the surewall system ( --- ), with part of the retaining wall also doubling as a planter box. We also need a gate added into the existing fence to gain access to the yard. We are looking for quotes ex cost of materials.
