Outside Tiling/Paving with Natural Stone Tiles

My builder started laying stone tiles on a 8m x 4m area. It already has compacted sand as a base. Tiles to be laid on a concrete base - this was being laid as the tiles went down, as a pergola is to be fixed on tiles and want base fixed through tiles into the concrete slab. Weather got the better of us and now due to family circumstances, builder no longer available to finish. Have the tiles, builders mix and concrete (although I may need to order more mix and concrete). Also have tile sealer. Would also like tiles grouted after sealer (but tiles also need a waterblast before sealing). Don't have the grout but can get it. Don't have a concrete mixer on site but can hire one if necessary. Ideally looking for someone to do the job before Christmas.
