Small paved area for wheelchair

My van has a side entry ramp for my wheelchair. It is parked in my carport which has a concrete floor that is 2-3 inches above the lawn at the side of the carport. There needs to be a paved surface level with the carport base that is big enough to ride my chair from the side of the van and onto the concrete driveway behind the van.
