Lawn Area and Landscaping help

Hi there We bought a new house and keen to get some landscaping done. There are three areas that we are trying to figure out what to do and need help. Photos are attached. Some thoughts on what we could do: Area 1 - Install lawn (as we have a dog) Area 2 - Plan some hedge plants and have some fruits plants in between. Area 3 - Not sure what to do with this Thanks, Krish
