Retaining wall repair or replace.

Retaining wall at the back of our property has partially collapsed. It is wooden that has basically rotted in some places. Wanting to get cost to either have it repaired or completely ripped out and and replaced with a fence line above it replaced too. We are going to be selling the house so just want the best cost option please. Its not urgent and can be done when weather improves.
