New house. Landscaping and outside cleanup was not included in contract. Would generally like topsoil and grass seed to be laid, but would like mulch to be laid between the footpath and garage, in front of the kitchen window (beside front door), and atop the retaining wall against the existing fence. I think there's roughly 273m2 of total ground area to be covered. Not sure how much soil and mulch would be needed, sorry. There's also an exposed pipe that needs to be covered/filled. There's the odd concrete roof tile and plank of wood lying around, some large, some small. I don't mind picking up the large bits but I assume the smaller bits can just stay in place? Keen to get this underway ASAP. Not critically urgent (I've already moved in), but sooner rather than later would be nice. Soil/mulch needs to be in place to get my house's Code Compliance Certificate. Please get in touch with me. Keen to see photos of your previous work if possible, maybe a couple of references as well. Thanks!

Retaining wall job. Paid up front, though essential variations still cropped up that they should have worked into the original quote. Got off to a good start but then fell short. Three weeks have passed and nobody's come to finish the job. Very unreasonable for me to wait this long. Communication resulted in me being let down by dates saying they'd come to finish, but they never showed; three no-shows total, and no decency to tell me why. I now have excess filler rock that needs to be removed, planks missing in the retaining wall because they never got ordered, mounds of topsoil that needs to be laid, and not to mention two bags of rubbish that they never took away themselves. Highly unprofessional, not recommended.
