Retaining wall drainage

We have a large lawn that captures a lot of water and a retaining wall without drainage. This is causing the lawn to flood and push water under the house or through fractures in the wall. We’re looking for someone to drill some drainage holes that we’ll combine with lawn drainage as well as advice on the best way to do this while preserving the strength of the wall. The wall is on a concrete pad with a drain at the far corner.
