We are building a house in Titirangi which requires approx 350m3 of excavation for the driveway and lower level of the house. We're looking for someone to excavate and drill footings plus remove soil.

No Bull Builders had a person "Gordy" who I believe is no longer working for them. He then employeed a sub-contractor to do the work. Progress was slow and communication between Gordy and the sub-contractor wasn't great (I later found there was conflict between them over non-payment). It took 2 months when it was promised to take 3 days. I would not recommend any dealings with Gordy.
