2m Long Retaining Wall Repair/Replace

A 2 meter section of retaining wall on my property is beginning to fail. The pile on the left hand end has begun to lean and the rest of the wall is beginning to come apart. The pile will probably have to be replaced but I'm happy to reuse any materials that are still fit for purpose. The wall is only 2m long and 0.5 to 1m tall as the ground slopes a little but there is no direct access to the site for a digger/bobcat as it is around the back of the house between the house and the garage.
