Drainage of overland water away from landslip

We have had a landslip and need to get the overland rainwater coming down slope from neighbour's redirected from the land slip. You will see from photos that we have dug a trench ourselves but the water needs to then go through some sort of drainage pipe over the bank without going causing further damage. Geotechnical people were here yesterday and this is what they have suggested as an interim while we wait for their report.
