Our lawn was done last year. New soil was put down, but I believe the landscaper probably chose the cheapest soil possible as it's super hard in the summer and starts to crack.. and in the winter it's quite mushy, so probably full of clay. As a result, the lawn is pretty average and patchy in places. The lawn is ridden with weeds, clover and some actual lawn. I'm wondering what can be done with it. Hoping it just needs some TLC. After suggestions and quotes. Photos are before and after lawns have been mowed.
