Replace Retaining Wall

Hi. I need an old existing retaining wall replaced, and also a new wall put in where there currently is not one. The total length is 19 meters, the highest part is 600mm off the driveway. Currently it is half rounds stuck vertically into the ground. I would like to replace this with 100 x 100mm posts and horizontal T&G boards, or you can suggest an alternative. Also, there are 4 round plastic plant pots embedded in the concrete. I would like them cut off below ground level and filled with concrete. Please see attached photos. It would be great if this job can be completed by the end of March.
