Retaining wall and a deck

Hi, I'm digging out an area of about 62m2. Planning on building a retaining wall of about 11m long and 1.5m tall, then a just above ground deck, about 500mm above natural ground. Also been thinking about putting in some drainage before that, been digging through dense clay. Looking for advice and probably help.
