Upgrade retaining wall

I currently have a section which is partially contained by an old retaining wall. I would like to upgrade the wall and also have it surround the entire section. Part of the wall has come apart so dirt is coming into contact with my house wall creating damage so this will also need to be fixed in the process. Also looking to tidy the section and cover with stones/bark but I can find someone else to do this if not in your scope
