Boundary retaining wall with drainage

We need to get a quote and find a tradesperson to construct a retaining wall/landscaping on the southern boundary of our property, with the possibility of some terracing within the garden as well. The wall is likely to be under 1.5 m so unlikely to trigger a building consent but it will need to be built so that it does not cause any drainage issues so we are looking for someone who is suitably qualified to ensure it meets structural requirements etc.
