Rebuild block retaining wall

Our block retaining wall holding up a small section of garden has slumped a little over the last 2.5 years since we bought this property. We need it rebuilt and a solution to stop it from slumping again. You can see in the photo the gap at the corner how far some of it has tilted. There is an upper retaining wall and set of stairs of the same construction that hasn't slumped.
